Fi-Tek, LLC knows that you value your privacy.  This privacy policy outlines the information that Fi-Tek, LLC (the “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) gathers when you visit our website and the desktop and mobile versions of our application (collectively, our “Site”) and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting and disclosing that information.

We collect information about you when you provide it to us directly, when it is shared with us by the financial institution that has provided you with access to the Site (your “Financial Institution”) and automatically as you navigate through the Site. Information we may receive directly from your Financial Institution may include your name, address, date of birth, tax id/social security number, account numbers and financial information relating to your account(s). Do Not Track

We do not and we do not allow third parties to collect personally identifiable information about your online activities over time and across third party websites or online services.  Our third-party partner which provides login authentication and verification services may, however, track certain information directly related to your accessing the Site, including the IP address(es) from which you log on to the Site. This is done as part of creating a profile of your typical usage pattern(s) and as a factor in determining if you will be required to answer any of the security questions prior to being granted access.
