Fi-Tek, LLC knows that you value your privacy.  This privacy policy outlines the information that Fi-Tek, LLC (the “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) gathers when you visit our website and the desktop and mobile versions of our application (collectively, our “Site”) and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting and disclosing that information.

Information We Collect About You

We collect information about you when you provide it to us directly, when it is shared with us by the financial institution that has provided you with access to the Site (your “Financial Institution”) and automatically as you navigate through the Site. The Information we collect directly from you may include your user name, password and answers to security questions. Information we may receive directly from your Financial Institution may include your name, address, date of birth, tax id/social security number, account numbers and financial information relating to your account(s). Information collected automatically through tracking technologies such as cookies may include usage details, internet protocol (“IP”) address and device identifiers.

 

How We Use Your Information

We use information that we collect about you to present your financial information to you as instructed by your Financial Institution. 

Disclosure of Your Information

We may disclose personal information that we collect or you provide as described in this privacy policy:

• To your Financial Institution.
• To our affiliates.
• To contractors, service providers and other third parties we use to support our business, including for the purposes of security checks.
• To a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution or other sale or transfer of some or all of our assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which personal information held by us about our Site users is among the assets transferred.
• To fulfill the purpose for which it is provided to us.
• With your consent.

Note: Security questions chosen by you and their answers are not made available to either your Financial Institution, any of our personnel or any other third parties with the exception of the third party which provides the login authentication and verification services.

We may also disclose your personal information:

• To comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request.
• To enforce or apply our terms of use.
• If we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, those who visit our Site, or others.

Cookies

The technologies we use for automatic data collection include:

• Browser Cookies. A cookie is a small file placed on the hard drive of your computer. You may refuse to accept browser cookies by activating the appropriate setting on your browser. Do Not Track

We do not and we do not allow third parties to collect personally identifiable information about your online activities over time and across third party websites or online services.  Our third-party partner which provides login authentication and verification services may, however, track certain information directly related to your accessing the Site, including the IP address(es) from which you log on to the Site. This is done as part of creating a profile of your typical usage pattern(s) and as a factor in determining if you will be required to answer any of the security questions prior to being granted access.

Your browser settings may allow you to automatically transmit a “Do Not Track” signal to websites and online services you visit.  We do not currently alter our practices when we receive a “Do Not Track” signal from a visitor’s browser. 

Visiting our Site from Outside the United States

This Site is designed for individual usage within the United States. If you are visiting this Site from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed on servers within and outside of the United States and that we reserve the right to block access from certain countries or regions. Deletion or Correction of Your Personal Information

If you would like to update your personal information or have your personal information corrected or removed from our Site, please contact your Financial Institution directly. Please note, even if your personal information is removed from the Site, it may still be stored by your Financial institution, or by us as directed by your Financial Institution or for archival purposes.
